How You Will Help

· Define & Enforce Standards: Develop and standardize data workflows, governance policies, and quality benchmarks for internal systems (PIM, DAM, E-Commerce).
· Pipeline Scalability: Architect and manage scalable data pipelines on Azure, including ETL processes and API creation for external partner syndication.
· Insight Delivery: Design real-time dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Pendo that track key initiatives (e.g., ASC ConnectED).
· Strategic Prioritization: Leverage business acumen to identify high impact versus routine datasets, directing resources to where they matter most.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary data expert for internal BI and reporting including ad-hoc requests within the team and presenting concise insights to senior leadership.
· Program Leadership: Drive cross-functional projects with Agile methodologies and clear RACI frameworks, working closely with product management, sales, and offshore teams.
· Team Development: Mentor colleagues and contractors within projects to build technical and strategic skills, emphasizing clear communication and effective change management.

What You Will Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in data science, BI, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering within dynamic environments.
· Proven technical expertise in building Azure-based pipelines using Python, managing ETL processes, creating APIs, and developing reports with Power BI and Tableau.
· Excellent analytical skills, proactive leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot) and manufacturing governance systems (PIM/DAM) or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
· Industry experience in manufacturing or construction, with startup environment experience a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000.00 USD annually*.
