Marketing Performance Analysis & Reporting:
o Develop, manage, and refine comprehensive marketing dashboards on Tableau and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, content, paid advertising, SEO/SEM).
o Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying successes, failures, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
o Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations to marketing leadership and key stakeholders, clearly articulating insights, and recommendations.
Customer Insights & Segmentation:
o Analyze customer data (demographics, behavior, lifecycle) to develop actionable insights for targeted marketing strategies and personalization.
o Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Strategy & Optimization:
o Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns, budget allocation, and channel optimization.
o Partner with marketing teams (e.g., digital, brand, product marketing) to define measurement frameworks, set benchmarks, and identify areas for performance enhancement.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
o Develop and refine attribution models to understand the impact of various marketing touchpoints on conversions.
Data Management & Integrity:
o Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms)
o Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data collection processes, infrastructure, and governance.
o Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in marketing analytics, tools, and technologies.
Forecasting & Predictive Analytics:
o Develop models to forecast marketing performance, predict customer behavior, and identify potential opportunities or risks.
o Utilize statistical analysis techniques to understand correlations, causations, and predict future outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align on objectives, share insights, and drive integrated strategies.
o Act as a subject matter expert on marketing data and analytics within the organization.
o Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skillsets:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and reporting, digital analytics or reporting using Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel.
- Strong experience with web and campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo).
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
