We've added simple view counts to talent profiles and company pages.

Here’s a quick rundown of the latest updates:

Profile View Count & Trends
Talent profile pages now include a total view count, plus a trend chart that shows how your profile views have varied over the past 6 months. It’s a great way to gauge interest and track how often your profile is being discovered by potential employers!

Company Page Analytics
Company pages now have view counts too! We’ve added a similar trend chart to visualize interest in a particular company.

In addition, company pages now feature a chart displaying their monthly total open roles over the last 6 months, giving a clearer sense of their hiring activity over time.

Privacy First
We don't track individual users. These statistics are fully aggregated within our platform at an object level, with no connections to user behavior.

Note: view counts for profiles just launched this month, so you’ll start seeing more historical data over time.
