Tasks
- Analyze change requests for clinical studies feasibility
- Assist implementation of study metrics
- Communicate business issues and opportunities to management
- Coordinate timelines and resources for clinical systems
- Coordinate vendor evaluation selection and oversight
- Create review and facilitate approval of system deliverables
- Define and document data and process standards
- Develop project management plans for trial execution
- Develop training materials for system set up and UAT
- Ensure compliance with regulations policies and procedures
- Evaluate vendor release documentation feasibility
- Facilitate support requests for clinical systems
- Interface with Clinical R&D IT and Quality
- Lead project management for CTMS deployment
- Lead project management for EDC deployment
- Lead project management for IxRS deployment
- Lead project management for eTMF deployment
- Maintain global harmonized processes and procedures
- Mentor peers on deliverables
- Oversee development and management of clinical study databases
- Perform quality review facilitation
- Provide project support for clinical system deliverables
- Represent medical devices sector on clinical system teams
- Serve as first line contact from initiation to go live
