Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to consumer behavior, sales performance, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Use statistical models and data visualization techniques to interpret insights.
• Identify market opportunities and gaps to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
• Conduct A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data governance practices.
• Provide recommendations based on predictive analytics and machine learning models (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of FMCG consumer behavior, retail analytics, or category management is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
