Why is this role important at Similarweb?

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will lead the Data Integrity team, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of our data. You’ll manage data investigations, drive insights, and develop scalable solutions to automate data validation.

In this role, you will set the strategic direction for data integrity, collaborate across departments, and mentor analysts to enhance their technical and analytical skills.

What will you do?

✅ Lead and mentor a team of data analysts – Support and develop their analytical capabilities.
✅ Own data quality initiatives – Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Similarweb’s datasets.
✅ Conduct complex data investigations – Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets.
✅ Develop automation tools – Optimize data validation and reporting processes.
✅ Define best practices – Shape methodologies for improving data integrity and efficiency.

Are you the right fit?

✔ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data integrity, or a similar field.
✔ Strong Python & SQL skills – for querying, scripting, and automation.
✔ Expertise in data modeling, anomaly detection, and statistical analysis.
✔ Ability to set a strategic vision while remaining hands-on in analysis and problem-solving.
