Job Description
Purpose
The Digital Technology, Senior Analyst reports to the Site BTS Lead and be responsible for championing the sites Technology Agenda through the implementation of Digital and Emerging Technology Solutions that meet the business needs in line with the corporate IT strategy and will also be responsible for driving cybersecurity operations on IT systems of the manufacturing plant, including QC laboratories. Provides end-to-end technical solution leadership and business process alignment through the delivery and maintenance of Business Technology Solutions and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital technology development and implementation across the site’s manufacturing operations areas promoting the digital agenda and infusing digital as a guiding design principle throughout.
- Ensure delivery of robust sustainable digital technology solutions that meet site, region and network priorities, drive standardization as well as continuous improvement of IT solutions for the site providing with high availability and managing technology lifecycles promoting, expanding and improving data access and utilization for consumption and analysis both on BTS site team as well as on business side
- Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from initiation to ensure digital by design is a guiding principle for process design.
- Actively pursues and understands enabling technologies and is aware of IT industry trends including Industry 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Provide expert guidance on new technologies and emerging industry trends, understand current system design and partner with key stakeholders and site leadership to deliver ‘future proof’ ideas and solutions to ensure ongoing effective delivery of operations and continuous improvement.
- Understand and support the principles of (Cyber)Security related KPIs and similar site performance targets. Accountable to ensure that the Site drives adoption and adherence to these metrics.
- Provide information to support triaging, analysis and eradication of cybersecurity incidents.
- Grow and sustain cyber security resiliency of the manufacturing plant by Providing recommendations to maintain and improve information technology (IT) & Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity posture in alignment with monitoring and assessment outcomes and Facilitating incident response activities according to incident response protocols and plans.
- Participates in cross functional teams and initiatives across the site.
- Provide technical leadership on IT to functional areas and collaborate with key stakeholders in Digitalization efforts and Cyber Security space.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field and at least 5 years relevant experience OR master’s degree and at least 4 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience and proven record of cross functional project delivery
- Exposure to FDA, GMP, ISA95, safety and environmental legislation. Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, IT System Life Cycle, Compliance and Data Integrity
Proven ability to understand various technologies and effectively master complexities of application architecture, design and integration. - Proven ability to make clear and courageous decisions, influence leadership and key stakeholders at site, regional and global levels
Experience with process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) will be of added value.
Training and proven experience in IT and OT Cybersecurity risk assessment and mitigation, vulnerability assessment and Patch Management, Threat intelligence and detection. - Experience in IT and OT Cybersecurity Governance and program management
Experience in network administration and maintenance preferred
ITIL (Desirable)
GAMP (Desirable) - MS Power Apps (PApps, Pbi, PAutomate etc) skills required
Highly Desirable Systems background: Python programming, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, SQL, Dataiku
Plus Systems background: ERP/SAP, MES (POMSNet), LIMS Lab Systems such as Chromatography (Empower), Nugenesys, simple instruments. PLC programming SCADA/DCS, Data Historian (OSI PI).
