We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Looker Data Studio and other analytical tools.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in building business cases for process improvements and tool enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on operational metrics.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools to improve operational efficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data intelligence and developer productivity.

What you'll need:

• Experience in analytical roles, preferably in software development or operations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in SQL for handling large datasets.
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Advanced Excel skills (ETL, functions).
• Strong expertise in Power BI or Looker Data Studio.
• Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical mindset.
• Interest in Data Science, ML, and AI.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
