We currently serve over 450,000 patients in the New York area, via 35+ customers and 10+ partners, and a wide range of products ranging from virtual navigation services to specialty care products to worksite health centers.

The Senior Associate - Customer Team will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Mount Sinai Solution's direct customer relationships while supporting new growth opportunities through direct-to-union, employer, and/or partner sales or account management. The Senior Associate will serve as the customer’s advocate, ensuring we meet their needs while aligning Mount Sinai Solution’s offerings to deliver superior outcomes and enhanced market share.
This position provides a unique opportunity to manage and grow high revenue accounts, contribute to sales strategy and operations, and shape go-to-market initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide valuable feedback to product development and strategic operations, representing the voice of the customer. The role is highly visible, offering significant opportunities to engage with senior leadership within the Mount Sinai Health System and key stakeholders across the healthcare industry.
Strategic Account Management
⦁ Lead the growth and optimization of medium to jumbo accounts, working with large employers,union groups, and/or partners
⦁ Effectively manage and support the day-to-day needs across a portfolio of customers in order to elevate the member’s care experience and earn the trust of our customers
⦁ Develop, present and execute across strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Mount Sinai’s objectives
⦁ Collaborate across functional teams including Analytics, Product and Operations, to exceed customer expectations and anticipate future needs.
⦁ Serve as a key liaison across Mount Sinai to ensure a seamless experience for our customer and their members
Account Sales
⦁ Provide critical inputs to Mount Sinai’s go-to-market strategy
⦁ Develop sales resources, deliver pitches, and guide prospects from initial engagement through contracting and implementation to support sales operations
⦁ Cultivate and support channel partnerships to expand the sales pipeline and manage existing prospects through the sales funnel

Education and Experience
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree required
⦁ Minimum of three years of professional experience; Four to seven years of experience in related work preferred
⦁ Experience with leading management consulting firm(s), benefits consulting firm(s), and/or payer(s) a plus
⦁ Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the healthcare industry is a plus
⦁ Demonstrated success managing high-revenue accounts and driving growth through innovative strategies is a plus
⦁ Familiarity with employer-sponsored health plans, Union Health Funds, or similar healthcare customer segments is a plus
⦁ Experience in a fast paced, corporate environment
Additional Skills and Qualities
⦁ Expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint in developing presentations
⦁ Strong communication and presentation skills
⦁ Self-motivated team player
⦁ Passion for health care as evidenced by academic or personal pursuits and professional experience
Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $106,108.00 - $159,161.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
