Your primary role as Business Transformation Manager is to identify and develop new strategic initiatives impacting Mobile Networks' (MN) long-term value creation. In this exceptional role, you'll gain a first-row view to cutting-edge technology and contribute to global business strategy development shaping the future of telecom industry. Your high-quality analyses and clear recommendations will support MN Leadership team in decision making and driving business growth. Beyond supporting in establishment of Mobile Networks strategic agenda, together with market teams you will drive newly defined strategic initiatives to actual proof points of long-term value creation.

  • Identify actionable strategic initiatives and projects to enhance MN long-term profitability and scale
  • Lead strategy, business development, and transformational projects focused on enhancing MN's long-term financial performance and business model.
  • Analyze market trends, technology scenarios, economic development, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, including potential M&A activities
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive commitment, implement transformation activities, and gain insights into the business environment.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses – both qualitative and quantitative - and business modelling to generate data-driven conclusions on strategic topics, providing high-quality recommendations and presentations to guide MN's business strategy.
  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills: Proven experience in conducting strategic and business analyses, including quantitative business modelling with advanced and efficient tools like Python and ML. 
  • Outstanding team working, partnership management and communication skills: Experience in developing and managing partnerships with industry stakeholders
  • Proven track record in business development, demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities and drive them to concrete business results. 
  • Experience in M&A projects including market scouting, company valuation and business modelling, as well as related process management 
  • Strong ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context, knowledge to run transformation programs, and potential to drive for results in an ambiguous environment
  • Highly skilled in executive-level communications with gained experience e.g. from management consulting: PowerPoint presentations with solid storyline, high quality, and concise written documents, as well as verbal presentations to executive leadership
  • Several years experience in management consulting, infrastructure investments or investment banking companies 
  • Experience and knowledge in any of the following areas are seen as an advantage: Partnership management, business and technology strategy, ability to understand complex technical and business topics, economic analysis and scenario planning; as well as good understanding of telecom industry, market, and technology
  • Master's degree or higher, with excellent academic records preferably in Industrial Management, Finance or similar
