Job Details:

A Senior IT Data Analyst takes a leading role in project and application management. They are responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. This role demands advanced knowledge and management in multiple functional or technical areas. They are responsible for communication, training, testing, and documentation strategies. Additionally, they provide story points for use cases and features and understand projects to articulate the value proposition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Knowledge/Management in multiple functional/technical areas. • Translating business requirements into technical requirements. • Drive solution, configuration, governance, and release management. • Understanding the project and value proposition for a project. • Provide story points for use cases and features. • Responsible for communication, training, testing, and documentation strategies • Business prioritization. • Agile and Waterfall methodology and practice. • Tyson Technology Acumen/IT Architecture (strategy, standards). • Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification. Experience: 3+ years of relevant and practical experience. Special Skills: • Advanced knowledge of enterprise management tools and IT architecture. • Expertise in data governance and detailed business requirement management. • Ability to create and execute actionable presentations and manage business prioritizations. Soft Skills: • Presentation Skills: Communicating complex IT data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively. • Critical Thinking: Objectively analyzing IT systems and processes, evaluating evidence, and making informed recommendations. • Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to junior IT data analysts, fostering their professional growth.
