Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support organizational goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. 
• Design, Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide analytical support. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python (or R). 
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. 
• Proficient in Data Integration/Ingestion, Data Transformations and Data Modeling for Analytical end-products  
• Knowledge of how Databricks is utilized for Data Processing and building resilient Data Pipelines 
• Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
