We're looking for an analytics professional from the banking and financial services industry, with Credit Risk Policy & Risk Management experience. The role is responsible for effective management of the overall Risk Forecasting verical.

Responsibilities-

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Policy Integration: Translate credit policy decisions into portfolio forecasts (should understand portfolio maturation, impact of policy change on loss trajectory, Bad to Good, Severity etc.)

2. Variance Analysis: Project and Track Actuals, explaining variances against forecasts, including the underlying drivers of changes.

3. Model incorporation: Work with a range of models, including vintage-driven, stochastic and challenger orthogonal models.

4. Senior Management Reporting: Clearly articulate variance explanations and key insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

Experience in Credit Cards - Credit Policy (Acquisition Policy required, Existing Client Management is acceptable, First Party Fraud/collections policy experience not required)

Strong proficiency in understanding of vintage models, roll rate models, and time series based risk models. 

Ability to translate credit policy and macro environment inputs into portfolio impacts, including DQ, Low FICO concentration, Exposure, Credit and Fraud Losses.

US Credit Cards Domain Experience is mandatory. 

Credit Card Policy experience is a must (non CECL, CCAR, implementation or marketing)

Hands on coding ability (and strong understanding of data/codes in this space. 

Experience in Python, Databricks Notebooks, SQL, Excel, PPT
