Solution Architect - Data Analytics - IFP

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Architectural Design: Design scalable, robust, and secure data solutions that align with business objectives. This includes data models, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.

  • Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems like ERP, CRM, and supply chain management software.

  • Innovation in Analytics: Lead the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning technologies to provide predictive insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiencies.

  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Facilitate cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses, risks, and solutions.

  • Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of data platforms to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

  • Technology Evangelism: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data management, analytics, and cloud platforms, advocating for their adoption where beneficial.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture role within data and analytics.

  • Proven experience in the CPG or retail industry is highly desirable.

  • Required SAP Experience: Demonstrable experience with SAP systems, particularly in integration scenarios, data extraction, and data management within SAP environments.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data solutions.

  • Experience with SAP Solutions

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.

  • Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, drive projects, and manage external vendors or consultants.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Certifications in Data Architecture or Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).

  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.

  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies for enhancing business processes.
