What will you do?

• The role will work closely with cross functional teams and delivering change, Managing expectations of senior leaders.

Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

• Accountable for creating immediate to mid-term plans to carry out objectives established for the team. Coordinate resources to meet operational objectives within own area.
• Set priorities/KPIs to ensure completion of department goals, regularly monitor and improve upon the KPIs.
• Define and implement effective management of resource forecasting, planning and reporting across different lines of business.
• Establish ways to enhance and maintain knowledge within the team.
• Show productivity improvements via continuous improvement, including meeting the defined productivity and improvement targets.
• Drive the team to deliver innovative ideas aligned with organization objectives.
• Engage with partners for improving the delivery and adding value to the business via innovation.
• Manage a team of designers, developers at varying level of expertise.
• Should possess high degree of expertise to understand and provide inputs to agile teams functioning, delivery plans and manage risks.
• Attract the best talent, by working with hiring team for on-boarding.
• Performance management with regular 1:1 performance feedback.
• Career coaching and development by identifying development and training needs.
• Team engagement, morale and day to day motivation to drive better results for the organization.
• On time and appropriate recognition.
• Backup and succession planning.

Key Qualifications and experience

• BE/B. Tech./MCA from reputed institute.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery with exposure to SDLC (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) and hands-on experience in at least one of the SDLC phases.
• 4+ years of experience in managing a group of people directly.
• Exposure to modern technologies like AWS, DevOps etc
