Job Responsibilities:

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for the technical direction and design vision of software components, services, and applications. You will ensure that designs are scalable, coherent, and aligned with the long-term strategy.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with strong software architecture experience, with a special focus on AI-driven automation and AI Agents. This includes designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, integrating AI automation solutions, and leveraging AI orchestration platforms. (AP1)

Main Duties

• Work with technical leads and developers to design solid and efficient technical solutions.

• Design and develop AI Agents to automate workflows and optimize business processes.

• Implement AI automation solutions, leveraging platforms such as:

  • n8n AI, Make AI Automation (No-code/low-code AI workflow automation)

  • Microsoft Autogen, LangChain, Haystack (AI Agents & LLM orchestration)

  • Kubeflow, Prefect, Apache Airflow (MLOps & AI workflow orchestration)

  • UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism (AI-driven automation)

• Build reusable components, frameworks, and tools to support software engineering teams.

• Collaborate with the architecture team to establish a vision for a scalable, coherent platform architecture.

• Ensure that all features are designed with an emphasis on security and data protection.

• Evaluate and manage the adoption of AI-driven technologies, libraries, and services.

• Advocate for best practices in software development and help standardize architectural approaches.

• Introduce tools and processes to support compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a software design/architecture role.

• Proven experience designing scalable and distributed architectures.

• Expertise in at least one programming language, with relevant experience in at least two languages.

• Hands-on experience in AI Agents development and AI-powered workflow automation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong influencing skills to drive best practices and enforce quality standards.

• Excellent ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in observability, monitoring, and system performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI automation frameworks and orchestration tools.

• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience working with serverless, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Strong ability to experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks.
