Position Summary

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement robust Machine Learning applications that drive innovation and business insights. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML capabilities into our products and services, ensuring high performance and scalability. Strong Python programming skills is essential, must have prior experience working on GCP and Vertex AI, as well as working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer

• 2+ years of experience with Python programming language

• 2+ years of experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, BigQuery)

• 2+ years of experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure)

• 2+ years of experience working with machine learning concepts and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Vertex AI & Azure OpenAI

• Experience working with LLMs and RAGs

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)

• Familiarity with big data technologies (Apache Spark)

• Experience with streaming data technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, PubSub)

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer) are a plus

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
