Senior Account Manager - Business Intelligence

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 6 years of professional expertise in dashboarding, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel and have hands-on experience in ETL processes. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and building compelling dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.

Data Analytics & Visualization:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create meaningful data visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively to business users.

ETL and Data Management:

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to consolidate and structure data for analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and regular audits.

Reporting:

• Develop custom reports using SQL and Excel to address specific business questions.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and data engineers, to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Tools: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• ETL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Data Modeling: Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with DAX and advanced SQL queries.
