Job Title: Senior Analyst, Audit Analytics  

Department: Internal Audit 

Reports To: Global Audit Analytics Director 

Job type: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting with the implementation of new analytics solutions, to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Compliance & Audit team and identify meaningful improvements to Mundipharma’s control environment.   

• Manages, prepares and directs the timely execution of data-driven Internal Audit and Compliance projects 

• Supports the design, build and launch of new analytics solutions 

• Partners with cross-functional groups in the implementation of process improvements  

• Champions the use of analytics within the Compliance & Audit team and cultivates a data-driven mindset 

• Works with large datasets, using trends and patterns to identify improvements to the control environment 

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of relevant audit experience  

• 2+ years of audit analytics experience 

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry and/or a multi-national organization a plus 

• Experience of Global ERP a plus 

• Experience in Compliance a plus 

Knowledge and Skills 

• Must have knowledge of accounting and finance processes 

• Knowledge of supply chain, compliance and commercial processes desired 

• Proven ability to lead teams and projects to successful completion. 

• Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences  

• Excellent interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to work effectively with multiple functions 

• Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations 

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic 

• Highly competent with data visualisation tools (PowerBI preferred) and programming languages (Python preferred) 

• Experience working with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL desired 

• Hands-on experience with RPA and AI / Machine Learning a plus
