Join Micron Technology, Inc. as a Product Engineer Intern within the DRAM Engineering Group (DEG), where we will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of new DRAM products and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate should collaborate with DRAM PE Test Alignment Engineer to support development of infrastructure to facilitate Test alignment across DRAM technologies

Support building infrastructure and optimizing performance for following critical projects/tools

Specific Tasks:

Test Time Reduction detection and quality assessment system

• Build a system to identify and pareto test time gap across products to look for opportunities for test time cut

Test Spec and Gap system

• Participate in team effort to build/improve Test Spec across DRAM technology system to view test specifications across products
• Participate in team effort to build/improve Test/Quality Gap system to identify and pareto gaps in Test and Quality failmode

Support improvement efforts in Test released system for detection and populating of Test flow changes

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field of study
• Course work in VLSI, semiconductor process
• Experience in scripting languages C/C++, Python, Perl, Machine Learning techniques and algorithms is a plus.
