Job Description & Summary:

Understanding of Asset Liability Management Framework and regulatory requirements

Experience in Liquidity Risk (LCR, NSFR) and IRRBB measurements

Responsibilities:

Fresh Qualified CAs (First attempt) or Postgraduate with Finance/ Engineering/ Economics/ Statistics / Mathematics Degree Good to have certifications like CFA, PRMIA,  FRM (Completed/ Pursuing)

II. EXPERTISE

Understanding of Asset Liability Management Framework and regulatory requirements Experience in Liquidity Risk (LCR, NSFR) and IRRBB measurements Behavioural modelling and historical analysis of the non maturity products and prepayment analysis Understanding of Value and Risk and Stress testing as per regulatory guidance Knowledge of Basel Accords and RBI regulations in the areas related to ALM Any prior experience in working / executing projects in the FS sector will have an advantage Building ALM stress testing scenarios and Contingency Liquidity Plan Experience of ALM system testing and review would be preferred
