We are seeking a Product & Master Data Coordinator for ROCKWOOL Nordics and the position is based in our Hedehusene location to join the Supply Chain & Logistics team of Nordics.

What you will be doing

As our coming Product & Master Data Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product and master data in ROCKWOOL Nordics. In this role, you will coordinate with other Nordic departments in our business units, ensure data consistency, support business operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our data management processes.

Product & Master Data Management

  • Create and maintain product data for finished- and traded goods in our current ERP system SAP.
  • Support Product Development with product calculations for business case purposes.
  • Manage product data attributes, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and categorization.
  • Label design and data quality within our four Nordic production sites.
  • Support the annual budget process for VPC costing.
  • Keep data governance standards and uphold best practices to ensure high data quality.
  • Maintain knowledge for product capabilities by visiting and keeping a close relation to our factory locations.

Data Compliance

  • Align with regulations and our company policies related to product/ master data.
  • Maintain existing documentation for our data management processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits related to product and master data.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports on product master data to ensure a lean product assortment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve data management processes.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality and management.

System Management and Improvements

  • Support the ongoing implementation and maintenance of data management systems and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and suggest immediate implement changes.
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure they meet business requirements.

What you bring

We do see this experience to be relevant to have success in the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in product and master data management, preferably in a commercial and corporate environment.
  • Vast understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Communicating professionally in English as well Danish language
