We are seeking a Sales & Distribution Specialist and the position is based in our Hedehusene location to join the Sales Support & Customer Service team in ROCKWOOL Nordic.

What you will be doing

Our coming SD Process Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the sales and distribution processes, as well of being responsible for the portfolio and service level of traded goods sold to within our Nordics Countries. As a Super User you will be responsible for some of our tools used within our Customer Service organization. You will be collaborating with our country units to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support different business operations.

Sales and Distribution Process Management

  • Analyze and optimize sales and distribution (SD) processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement best practices for SD processes, including order management, delivery, billing, and returns.
  • Super User for our Web shop and telephone system.
  • Be part of projects within the SD environment
  • Provide training to your colleagues and end-users on our SD processes and systems.

Traded Goods Portfolio

  • Be responsible for the service level of traded goods supplied to our Nordic markets
  • Collaborate with Product Management on streamlining the assortment.
  • Generate requisition orders for Purchase to execute.

Nordic Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, customer service, product management, Group IT and finance.
  • Coordinate with IT to resolve any system-related issues affecting SD processes, and develop existing Tools.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports on our SD process performance and customer master data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support our sales decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for SD processes and Trading goods purchase.

System Management and Improvement

  • Support integration of SD-related systems and tools (e.g., SAP SD module).
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with IT to implement changes.
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure they meet business requirements.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and our company policies related to our SD processes and customer master data.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SD processes, procedures, and data management practices.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits related to SD processes and customer master data.

What you bring

We do see this experience to be relevant to have success in the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • experience in sales and distribution process management and customer master data management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience, working with SAP SD module and related systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and Nordic setting
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management practices.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO) is a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Ability to occasional travel across Nordics may be required to support business operations and projects.
  • Communicating professionally in English as well Danish language
