Job Description

Redica provides AI-driven data products to our 200 life science customers. We’re seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven AI Product Manager to join our Product team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and development of key AI product families that define Redica’s market leadership and future success in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

You will work at the intersection of AI technologies, data science, technology, and business, shaping the future of our AI offerings and ensuring their scalability, usability, and alignment with customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence executive-level decisions, champion, and work with the latest in AI innovation, and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference for our customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for how AI will be integrated into multiple product families, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Subject-Matter Experts to design, build, and scale impactful AI solutions that address complex customer challenges and workflows.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in artificial intelligence, driving innovation and influencing product strategy across product lines.
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide the development of AI in high-impact products and features.
• Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional leaders, facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on leveraging AI in development solutions, ensuring delivery of exceptional solutions to complex customer problems.
• Mentor and develop senior product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and excellence across the product and engineering organization.
• Represent the company externally as a product expert, engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to build trust and advocate for the product vision.
• Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights with strategic judgment to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years leading the development of AI/ML-driven products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions, collaborating with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI researchers to create scalable, impactful products.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar, and familiarity with AI model deployment in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and familiarity with data pipelines, advanced data structures, SaaS architecture, and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in mature product organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
