Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Automation Analyst/Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, automation processes, and integrations across various business functions.

This entry-level role is perfect for someone curious, eager to learn, and passionate about automation, AI, and process optimization. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to build and improve AI chatbots, recruiting automation, sales workflows, and cybersecurity automation processes.

✅ No prior AI automation experience is required – just a strong technical foundation and a hunger to learn.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI & Automation Development

• Assist in building and optimizing AI-driven chatbots and automation workflows using Voiceflow, ChatGPT API, and workflow tools.

• Develop, test, and refine recruiting automation (integrating Comeet, LinkedIn, Canvass, and ROAM).

• Create workflow automations for sales, operations, and cybersecurity processes (e.g., CRM, compliance, cybersecurity alerts).

• Maintain and improve business process automation through low-code and no-code tools.

🔹 Systems Integration & API Workflows

• Support integrations between automation tools, HR platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Voiceflow, Motion, ROAM).

• Work with APIs to pull and process candidate data, sales leads, and other business information dynamically.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate manual, repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

🔹 Continuous Improvement & Learning

• Stay updated on AI and automation trends, learning new tools to enhance efficiency.

• Research best practices in automation to drive cost savings and scalability for Dragonfli.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot automation issues, and propose workflow optimizations.

• Good problem-solving skills with a desire to optimize and automate processes.

• Ability to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Comfortable working onsite in Williamsburg, VA (hybrid flexibility available).

🔹 Preferred (Bonus Skills, but Not Required)

• Experience with AI-driven chatbots or process automation tools.

• Familiarity with APIs, Python, or simple scripting for integrations.

• Previous experience in HR tech, recruiting automation, or CRM workflows.
