Job Summary:
The Senior Replenishment Analyst is responsible for optimizing stock levels, monitoring inventory health, and ensuring accurate forecasting to support retail operations. This role leverages data analytics to drive efficient inventory management, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures product availability to meet customer demand. Through strategic inventory analysis and proactive replenishment practices, the analyst plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, optimal stock levels, and quality fulfillment to consistently meet customer demand across all regions.
  • Monitor the impact of promotions on inventory and adjust stock levels as needed.
  • Conduct data analysis across the supply chain to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and resolving inventory-related anomalies.
  • Develop and implement an inventory data analysis framework in collaboration with key stakeholders to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Enhance data infrastructure to support real-time reporting, streamlined access, and efficient analysis.
  • Create and maintain a data dictionary to standardize calculation metrics and evaluation criteria.
  • Promote best practices in data analysis and foster a data-driven culture within the team.
  • Support reporting needs, including ROI tracking, project assessments, and cross-departmental performance insights.
  • Develop and optimize forecasting tools, automate ordering processes, and improve data analysis efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or demand forecasting, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct trend analysis, identify patterns, and provide data-driven inventory recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Access for data extraction and management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C++, or Java to automate tasks and develop forecasting tools.
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock management within the retail industry.
  • Ability to design standardized metrics and contribute to a cohesive data analysis framework.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate data insights and recommendations effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing retail dynamics with a commitment to continuous learning and development in replenishment techniques.
