Our Growth & Transformation team sits within the Strategy & Operations organization and is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you will be partnering with global stakeholders as well as your regional peers, to crack the most important strategic topics in the sales organization, driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
This role will be split between operational excellence initiatives and data and analytics projects. Operational projects include driving more efficiency in how we work, streamlining current processes and implementing global initiatives across EMEAL, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. In 2024, this also means thinking with an AI-first mentality and leveraging the latest tools at our disposal to create smart, efficient and scalable processes for our Sales organization, as well as being comfortable with complex data queries, data management and visualizations.
The Senior Associate should have a strong strategic mindset and technical skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, be open minded to challenge the status quo and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from himself/herself and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, compensation, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
- Understand the implications of tools, process and systems to find the root cause of problems in order to recommend solutions with consistency, flexibility and simplicity
- Identifies opportunities for efficiencies of scale
- Design and build processes to ensure successful execution of key initiatives and projects and measure the success of these
- Lead and provide recommendations on current plannings processes, to drive operational and data improvements
- Optimise and scale processes with automation - in partnership with the Analytics/Systems & Tools team
- Perform data analysis and share insights by leveraging analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan
- Act like an owner in driving strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. headcount planning, scaling processes, streamlining operations)
- Trusted advisor representing EMEA and LATAM in global meetings to ensure that solutions are fit-for-purpose for our market
- Understand key business metrics, challenges and historical context in order to help guide process improvements or resolve business problems
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or an Analytics role
- 2+ years of working experience with SQL and at least one of these tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker studio, Alteryx
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data science, Engineering, or other STEM
- Experience working with Python
- Experience working with Trino or Anaplan
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
- Experience in communicating effectively and present to Senior Executives
- Experience in driving reporting, data and analytics solutions to solve business challenges
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
- Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help the business win
