ABOUT THE ROLE

Leadtech is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Analyst to join our DBI team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing workforce data, generating insights, and supporting strategic decisions that enhance employee experience and business outcomes. This role combines data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to optimize HR strategies.

YOUR MISSION

As a People Data Analyst at Leadtech, you will:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret employee data from various sources, such as HRIS, surveys, and performance management systems, to generate meaningful insights.
    • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively translating complex data insights into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Are confident in delivering analyses and actionable recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
    • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover, diversity, and performance.
    • Excel in creating professional presentations, organizational charts, and comprehensive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
    • Identify trends and patterns that inform workforce planning and HR initiatives.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations for talent management, workforce optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Approach complex challenges with creativity, offering innovative solutions to solve business problems.
    • Analyze data using statistical techniques, delivering ongoing reports and logical conclusions to drive strategic insights.
    • Understand HR and business objectives, designing solutions that align with operational and strategic goals.
    • Maintain a high standard of data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

We’re looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:

        • Proven ability to create clear and compelling presentations to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
        • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a HR environment.
        • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
        • 2+ years experience developing in Qlik Sense or similar (Power BI, Tableau..) 
        • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dashboards that meet business needs and expectations.
        • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
        • Knowledge of processes ETL (Kettle, Talend, KNIME or similar)
        • Ability to work well under time constraints and self-learning capabilities
        • Passion for your work, accustomed to handling confidential environments, with a serious and professional profile
        • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
        • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is desirable
        • Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skill
        • Interest in AI is also a plus.
