Who we are looking for

Master Data Management (MDM) is looking for a skilled and proven leader to oversee operations in our Master Data Management team in Poland. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of State Street businesses as well as detailed knowledge around data management and data governance.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Service Delivery Manager, Master Data Management you will -

  • Ensure seamless cooperation with partners in global operating model spanning US, EMEA and APAC with ultimate goal to deliver CDO data management strategy.
  • Oversee delivery of MDM operations, acting as primary point of contact for operations and/or service.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor business as usual (‘BAU’) operations for the MDM team, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and training materials are accurate and up to date – as well as regularly reviewing existing controls.
  • Take active part in change initiatives/projects including work transitions, optimization of global operating model model, internal processes etc.
  • Assist in data management, governance, and data quality review with other functional data owners to ensure master data integrity.
  • Work directly with internal partners to research, troubleshoot, and lead the solution of master data related issues.Identify and manage operational issues including escalation involving appropriate management level.
  • Cooperate with CDO Leads locally and globally on workstreams evolving CDO organization.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including experience in face to face presentations to senior management.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate in diverse and dynamic business environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/MIS/Computer Science or equivalent work experience to substitute for education); Marster’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services Industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Financial data, Reference data and/or Legal Entity data is a plus.
  • Experience with operations/team management is a plus.
