FP&A Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Group FP&A team and help drive data standardization, automation, and visualization across our financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with large datasets, structuring, and automating financial and operational data using tools like PowerQuery, Power BI, and presenting insights effectively through Tableau or other visualisation tools.

You will play a key role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and analysis of our financial results, ensuring high-quality data is available for decision-making by senior stakeholders, including our CFO and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Automation:

  • Gather, clean, and standardize large financial and operational datasets from internal systems and offline tools.

  • Develop automated processes using PowerQuery, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools to improve efficiency in financial reporting.

• Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support FP&A processes.

  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

  • Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure accurate financial reporting across all cycles (budgeting, forecasting, LTP, actuals).

  • Collaborate with teams across markets to align on data standards and ensure consistency in reporting.

  • Build structural and ad-hoc analysis based on key KPI drivers. 

• Process Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, and optimize reporting methodologies.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices in data analysis, automation, and visualization.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of strong experience in data analysis, automation, and visualization—preferably in a financial or operational setting.

• Proficiency in PowerQuery, Power BI, SQL, and other data transformation tools.

• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and dashboarding.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for data quality and consistency.

• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with finance teams or in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a plus.
