We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst for a new and exciting role on our team! This person will work closely with project development and operations to understand data required to ensure successful project outcomes. They will also use historic data to inform more accurate preconstruction project planning on new projects, and help establish & track Key Performance Indicators. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights from raw data and present them in a clear and actionable format.
Responsibilities

- Data Collection and Acquisition:
- Gather data from various sources, both internal and external.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant data points.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data sets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Present data-driven recommendations to management and other teams.
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Quality Assurance:
- Cleanse and preprocess data to improve its quality.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement data quality checks.
- Data Collection and Acquisition:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
- Able to build dashboards and mine data across all of our technology including CMIC, Procore, and P6.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
