The opportunity : Consultant-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory - Gurgaon

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Proficiency in Python/R, SQLfor data manipulation and analysis.

Strong experience in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling

Hands-on expertise in building predictive models and working with structured and unstructured data

Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, and Time-Series Analysis

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines for model deployment

Solid understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Certification in Machine Learning, AI, or Cloud Services is preferred

Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven insights
Experience in data storytelling and presenting findings to business stakeholders
Exposure to agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
