Associate Software Engineer
The Role

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
Basic understanding in Computer Science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Knowledge with building Data Visualization dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI, middle-tier (Java, Node JS) and back-end (SQL) languages and frameworks
Understanding of building Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data models (3NF) in a Relational database environment.
SQL understanding for data manipulation, querying and profiling on cloud and on-premise database technologies – preferably Snowflake and Oracle
Concepts of Oracle development (PL/SQL) and/or Streams based development and data warehouses.
Continuous Integration – Maven, Jenkins, Git / Github, uDeploy
Familiarity with agile tools such as with Jira and Confluence
Initiative and self-motivation
Formal project life cycle methodology experience – waterfall and agile
Organizational and presentation skills
Willingness to explore and learn new technologies.
Understanding of building net new reports as well as integrating with other applications and services
Help maintain code quality, security, organization, and automation.
Design and implementation of reports that meet requirements and are aligned to the project/program strategic direction.
Adhere to engineering best practices and participate in design and code reviews.
Develop and maintain partnerships across the organization.
Working as part of a team in a collaborative environment to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

We are Enterprise Digital operations(EDO); part of the CBPT organization. The FBT Edo reporting team within the CBPT organization is looking for an energetic Data Engineer who blends technology education and expertise with a passion for Data reporting solutions. You will be part of a highly dynamic team that builds and supports a wide array of best-in-class products for reporting
Our engineering team is innovative, diverse, passionate and self-driven. This role requires hands-on Associate data engineer, your primary role will be building, testing and Integrations with reporting tools like power Bi, ETL tools like Informatica, Snaplogic and snowflake: Design and develop reports for premium digital applications in an Agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms.
