Intern - Data Analyst

Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Commercial Analysis Division to join the team and experience hands-on learning and training.

*This position requires working onsite 3+ days per week in our Lake Zurich, Illinois office.

*U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.

*Pay rate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on completed academic years

*Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships.

Responsibilities

This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois 3+ days per week.

• Utilizes SQL to identify and solve business issues, performing data analysis, identification of insights, and driving change management.
• Aware of SNOWFLAKE DB, Qlik and Power BI
• Identifies operational pain points; uses data to size, prioritizes, and recommends solutions.
• Supports cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence by providing data driven insights.
• Performs analysis, joins multiple data sets, finds actionable insights, and presents to leadership.
• Identifies targeted segments, builds, and automates these segments within our business intelligence layer of Snowflake working with cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to interpret, draw insights, and formulate recommendations with large datasets.
• Ability to build data visualization and dashboards

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
• Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
• Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
• Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship
