Finance Master Data Specialist

Overview

The Finance Master Data Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Group Supplier Master Data requests and monitoring the data quality.

Responsibilities

• Process Supplier Master Data administration requests
• Adhere to data quality rules and standards
• Support mass changes to the Supplier Master Data
• Maintain/update documentation in a timely manner
• Support Audits (internal and external) by providing data as required in a timely manner
• Participate in Supplier Master Data improvement projects
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline the supplier master data processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience

• Relevant experience working in a busy environment (minimum 2/3 years
• Proven experience of working on MS office and financial operating systems.
• COINS experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Deadline focused with ability to organise and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills
