Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated AI-focused intern to improve the processing of Incident or Problem records by developing an AI-driven solution. You will design and implement AI agents to automate ticket classification, enhance search functionality, and improve automated responses.
Key Responsibilities
During this internship, you will:
- Develop an AI agent to streamline the process of incident and problem management.
- Implement automatic analysis and classification, where AI extracts key information and categorizes incoming tickets.
- Build a knowledge agent to search internal databases for previously resolved issues.
- Enhance search functionality by combining keyword and context-based searches for accurate results.
- Integrate machine learning capabilities to improve system accuracy and continuously enrich the knowledge base.
- Automate response generation, allowing AI to suggest solutions and update the knowledge base.
Desired Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Passion for AI, LLMs, and software development.
- Experience or familiarity with Python, Angular, AI models, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
