Data Analyst - GTM Strategy & Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team. Our team tackles complex challenges that require insight, creativity, and execution to develop scalable processes, tools, and systems for our rapidly expanding global business. In this role, you will analyze and report on core sales data, including CRM data and various internal and external sources. Success in this position requires leveraging data and technical solutions (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to measure and optimize the performance of our Sales Organization.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide real-time insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue growth
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources, turning them into reportable insights
- Support leadership with ad hoc deep-dive analysis to answer strategic business questions and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with the Sales Organization to structure and organize data in a usable, accessible format.
- Adapt and contribute to a range of projects beyond the list above, helping to capitalize on fast-changing business opportunities in a dynamic market.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- You are fluent in writing analytical SQL, are able to write complex queries with no assistance, and understand the difference between SQL that works and performant SQL
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting
- Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel functions and formulas to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1+ years supporting sales teams
- Understanding of sales and revenue metrics, including pipeline forecasting and GTM performance evaluation
- You are a clear and concise communicator able to explain complex datasets or queries to non-technical stakeholders in understandable ways
- You have experience working with large datasets and have either used or are interested in learning dbt and Python
- Natural curiosity and investigative mindset - driven to know “why”
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Tableau, Looker or similar data visualization tools
- Experience building forecasts and/or predictive models
- Excited to work with customer success, sales, finance, engineering and other functions
