About the Role:

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying AI solutions on our target AI platform. You will work closely with other team members to contribute to the evolution of our AI platform, define the best practices for AI development, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our AI platform, including infrastructure and tooling.
  • Experiment with and evaluate different machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve specific business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Follow best practices for AI development, including model versioning, data management, and code documentation.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of AI development best practices within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
  • Deploy and monitor AI models in production, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a scientific or engineering domain (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering.
  • Proven experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) suite, specifically Vertex AI, Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Composer.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying AI use cases to production or significant experience in experimentation and model development lifecycle.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with LangChain.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.   

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
  • Experience with Dataiku
  • Google Cloud certifications
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
