Senior Data Analyst

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Process and analyze large data sets to uncover opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.

• Degree holder in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role, with experience in the life insurance industry being a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Strong understanding of data pipeline, data wrangling, data transformation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
