The ideal candidate will be a senior level engineer or scientist with at least 5 years of experience in research and development for the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will have at least a masters degree in engineering, physics or mathematics. Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, stochastic control, optimization, signal processing, radio frequency systems, analog hardware, antennas, and detection and estimation theory. The candidate should be skilled in technical writing, technical briefing development and also capable of executing cost analyses of proposed research and development. Travel: 10% Desired Experience:•    Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, stochastic control, optimization, signal processing, radio frequency systems, analog hardware, antennas, and detection and estimation theory
•    Skilled technical writer and technical briefing
•    Experience executing cost analyses pf proposed research and development activities
•    Minimum 5 years prior experience in research and development for the Department of Defense (DoD)
•    Master’s degree (Ph.D preferred) in Engineering, physics, or Mathematics
•    TS/SCI eligible
