This role combines business development, project management, and knowledge sharing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities in data analytics and AI, while managing multiple client projects and contributing to the team's professional growth. Responsibilities of the role:Business Development
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in data analytics and AI
  • Support pitch presentations for new business opportunities
  • Develop compelling proposals for data-driven solutions
  • Work with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions
  • Support the growth of our data analytics and AI service offerings
Project Management
  • Lead multiple concurrent client projects and deliverables
  • Create and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Ensure profitable delivery of client projects
  • Monitor project scope and manage change requests
  • Regular client reporting and status updates
Internal Training & Development
  • Design and deliver training sessions on data analytics and AI
  • Create learning materials and documentation
  • Share industry best practices and new developments
  • Support team's professional development in data-driven approaches
 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Consulting or technical sales experience is desired
  • Experience in developing data analytics and AI business proposals, and project management
  • Strong understanding of data analytics solutions, AI technologies, cloud platform and BI visualization tools
  • Good understanding of MarTech platforms (such as CM360, DV360, SA360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Meta) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
