Tech Lead: .NET & Python.

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in .NET and Python to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will lead a team, establish best practices, and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of AI-driven applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
  
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and methodologies for solution development.
  
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in AI solutions.
  
• Analyze solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency, and performance optimization.
  
• Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes for AI systems.
  
• Design and implement APIs for model deployment and integration with other systems.
  
• Contribute to the strategic vision for AI initiatives within the organization.
  
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and project execution.
  

Requirements

Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Proficiency in Python and knowledge of C#/.NET.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Expertise in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
