We’re looking for a curious, self-starter Product Manager to drive key aspects of our Conversational AI platform. You’ll focus on bringing AI models to life within our platform, optimizing their performance, and improving how they impact customer-facing interactions. If you’re passionate about learning, problem-solving, and collaborating with a talented team to enhance customer experiences with AI, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine AI model evaluation frameworks to track performance and ensure continuous improvements across productionized models.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and professional services teams to seamlessly integrate and optimize AI models into our platform.
  • Work closely with deployment teams to ensure smooth integration of AI functionality in enterprise environments, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Drive features from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, defining clear requirements, and managing timelines to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
  • Contribute to the broader product roadmap, working on multichannel investment, integrations and more. 
  • Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations to continuously improve AI-driven interactions and workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of product management or related experience in AI/ML or Conversational AI.
  • Excited about using AI to improve customer experiences and optimize real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and professional services teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
