JOB TITLE – Global People & Culture Data Governance & Compliance Specialist
LOCATION - Copenhagen (DK, HQ), Lisbon (PR) or Madrid (ES)
HOURS – Full time

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about building the foundation for the future of HR? Join us in creating excellence in people data management where your expertise in data governance, compliance and quality will shape how our global organization of 9,000 employees manages its most valuable asset: our people data.

You will join a team of four highly skilled colleagues who have extensive experience in data, processes and HR. You will be reporting to the Head of P&C Data Excellence and Operations.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Design and implement data governance frameworks that will enable future AI and automation initiatives
- Create the standards and processes that will ensure data quality across our global operations
- Lead our GDPR compliance efforts, protecting both our employees and organization
- Enable data-driven decision making through robust data quality management
- Build the foundation for future advanced analytics and AI implementations

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
•  Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in data governance and compliance
•  Deep understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations
•  Strong process design and documentation skills
•  Experience in master data management
•  Ability to translate complex requirements into clear standards
•  Excellent stakeholder management skills
•  Background in HR data management preferred
•  Change management experience
