Data Analyst - SAP S/4HANA Migration (Sales & Compliance)

As a Data Analyst (Independent/freelance) consultant, you will play a key role in a SAP S/4HANA migration program for a manufacturing client, focusing on sales, customer, and regulatory data management. You will ensure GTS (Global Trade Services) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data consistency while collaborating with business users and IT teams to guarantee data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Migration & Cleansing: Lead the cleansing, transformation, and migration of customer, sales, and regulatory data into SAP S/4HANA.
• Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure data is aligned with GTS, CRM, and other regulatory requirements to support business operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, compliance, and IT teams to validate and improve data consistency.
• Monitoring & Documentation: Track data integrity, document data transformation processes, and proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Business & IT Alignment: Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring data strategy supports both operational and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data migration within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Strong understanding of GTS (Global Trade Services), CRM, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing customer and sales data in a structured ERP environment.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Experience in data governance, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring alignment between sales, compliance, and IT teams.

This is a role for an independent (freelance consultant). Initial contract is 6 months with extensions afterwards. Presence on clients site in Liege area will be required 3 days/week.
