Frontend Developer

A purpose driven role for you

o Design and develop scalable, efficient, and well-tested software solutions
o Implement best practices in software development life cycle (SDLC) and maintain high code
quality standards
o Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend
technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
o Implement interactive features and dynamic UI elements using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
o Focus on: Frontend system design for AI ML, Blockchain, Cloud preferably aws, Quantum
solutions and to work domains like Battery management system, Motor control unit, Vehicle
control unit, Telematics (Bluetooth, GSM, GPS, Wi-Fi, etc.), Cloud infrastructure, in house
diagnostic/flashing tool GUI development Implement security and data protection measures.
o Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in web and front end
development.
o Collaborate with product owners to translate user needs and business requirements into
intuitive user interfaces.
o Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design solutions.
o Use Figma to design and collaborate on UI/UX designs
o Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

A Day in the life

Frontend Development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Implement frontend features using popular frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Develop reusable and modular React components, using React Hooks and Redux
• Experience with python for in house tool development like diagnostic/flashing tool
• Work with React Router to create clientside routing and navigation
• Create responsive and accessible UI components using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI
• Develop and maintain responsive web designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of desktop and mobile app development is must
• Use JavaScript libraries like jQuery or Lodash to improve code readability and maintainability
• Create and edit designs, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Pytest

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/B-Tech or M-Tech in technical course of studies.

Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

o Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, Redux, Node.js, and Express.js
o Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
o Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Prior experience in system architecture is highly desirable
o Experience with Snowflake and data engineering to work with AI ML team
o Understanding of Linux and embedded systems
o Experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS. Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes is a plus
o Knowledge of Cloud & NoSQL databases
o Experience in software testing(both manual and automation) and writing test cases.
o Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
o Ability to communicate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders
o Exposure to Machine Learning concepts
o Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
o Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities
o Strong sense of achievement and ownership
o Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce appropriate technologies and tools
