Data Steward for our Data Management Department - Fixed term contract (m/f)

Your future team

Within our Data Management department, which is made of 5 employees, you will be in charge of the creation, maintenance and quality control of all clients/suppliers and contact relationships in our systems.

Your next challenge

As Data Steward, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our professionals regarding Master Data matters in our CRM
• Collect information and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems
• Perform research (with the support of external and internal tools / databases) to ensure optimal data quality
• Connect with the business on a regular basis to ensure appropriate response to their requests
• Coordinate with other Business Support teams (MarCom, IT, C&I, NQRS, Finance, etc.) whenever appropriate
• Deliver reports

Your skills

• Demonstrate excellent analytic skills and attention to details, as well as research skills, whenever appropriate, and be highly organized
• Be customer-oriented and fully committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients
• Show a strong interest in / knowledge of the firms databases (as a user)
• Be fluent in English and French: good oral and written communication skills 
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Be proactive and flexible, with the capacity to adapt
