About the Team

As an AI/ML Product Manager you will join a team of product managers that are technical and play the dual role of understanding AI and ML technology while also collaborating with the domain authorities of HCM and Finance in applying this technology to address business problems. We are a lean team that focus on high impact product areas to deliver features for Workday's customers

About the Role

Product Management in the AI space is all about understanding technology and where this technology can be applied to address meaningful business problems for Workday. This specific role is for a Product Manager in the ML Core team. You will be accountable for working in the following core foundational product areas:

1) Building an agent framework for Workday Illuminate Agents

2) New capabilities and tooling to quantify ML value for our customers

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience with a technology focus

• Enterprise oriented product management experience preferred

• Technical degree with a BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science

• Strong team-oriented player with a focus on influencing engineers and designers on their product ideas

Other Qualifications

• Prior experience with AI and Machine Learning product management would be a HUGE advantage

• Closely working with engineers and building customer facing products is helpful

• Building 0 - to - 1 products is highly preferred

• Prior engineering experience is a plus

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,700 USD - $207,600 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $122,800 - $184,200 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
