Peraton is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support planning, managing, and monitoring contract deliverables through its life cycle. Monitors schedule; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring project data through its life cycle.
- Works on overall project data and CDRL planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
- Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance data.
- Oversee and coordinates project and CDRL data; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records.
- Research and compile statistics and data for projects; assist in writing narratives for reports.
- Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files.
- Ensures CDRL and
- Identify, communicate, and in tracking risks resolutions data.
- Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
- Ensure program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
- Prepare PMO CDRLs and validate the Cyber and Engineering monthly reports and CDRLs.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of program processes and data to ensure that program implementation data is on target.
- Tracks comprehensive metrics, customer and stakeholder feedback to assess program performance and risks and recommends resources and actions to ensure mission success.
- Governs after-action review data, monitors performance benchmarking, and tracks introduced best practices.
- Conducts root cause analysis and develops disposition and corrective and preventive actions plans for discrepancies.
- Accounts management:
- Track all 8570 certifications at the PMO level to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Complete ticket creation and tracking for all new accounts and modifications for entire task order.
- Lead onboarding process
- For all new contractors (both prime and subcontractor)
- Work with contracts with submitting primary personnel for COR approval
- Coordinates with hiring managers to track open requirements for a dynamic staffing environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Requires Min 5 years with BS/BA, Min 2 years with MS/MA, Min 1 years with PhD, 6 yrs in lieu of degree
- TS/SCI Clearance Required
- Experience creating and managing program deliverables, including technical documents throughout the program’s lifecycle
- Ability to understand functional and technical specifications of IT systems
- Must have excellent communication and written skills
- Must demonstrate ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of industry process/quality standards ISO9001/AS9100, SEI CMMI and DoD 8570
- Ability to facilitate face-to-face meetings and brief the highest levels of the Government Customer PMO and the Program Sponsor

Target Salary Range
