Job overview:

As our Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible to to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and ETL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze key business metrics, optimize processes, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large databases.

• Use Python for data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.

• Work with ETL processes to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Identify business problems and propose innovative solutions using a structured problem-solving approach.

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear and concise communication.

Qualifications & skills required:

• 4-6 years of experience in business consulting, analytics, or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

• Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.

• Experience with ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to tackling business challenges.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
